We sometimes forget how resilient cats can be. The mother of these little kittens was abandoned only the day before she gave birth which must have been traumatic for her. But that hasn't stopped her rearing them well - they are doing fine. She rarely leaves them and is feeding and licking and fussing them with absolute devotion. A saucer of milk and fish tempted her away for a few moments! Aren't they sweet.
