We have our first 2008 kittens! Two of our sanctuary mothers, after waddling around looking huge for the past few weeks, have at last produced their beautiful babies.

Where's my mum?

It's surprising how mobile even tiny kittens can be. This young lady is on the move back into the nest where mum is waiting with her little brothers. Both of the pregnant cats had litters of two kittens only. Perhaps because it's so early in the year. These pampered babies are getting their mum's full attention and are doing fine, they have fat little tummies already.
This little boy kit is fast asleep.

No doubt about this one being a girl - with her tri-colour markings - black, ginger and white - she can only be female gender - it's unknown for torties and calicos to be male. Sugar and spice and all things nice? No doubt about it.
