Isn't it the wrong time of year for kittens? Normally, yes but this year we have had so many late arrivals, it seems as though kittening will go on all year round.
These little beauties were born to a cat that was left at the gate in a box. At least she was actually brought in to us, sometimes cats are left by the side of the road or put out with the rubbish. Three pure white and one a tiger striped tabby!
If you'd like to come and meet these super little character cats please get in touch. We don't like kits to go off to their new homes until they are at least nine weeks old but we'd be happy to reserve the kitten of your dreams for you. |

These two little beauties were very frail when they arrived but are now doing well. They've had their first vaccination and are litter trained. They are sisters and a home together would be perfect.
If you'd like to come and meet them please get in touch - via the website or email :

All curled up in a ball - the kits that were born all in a rush last week are doing fine.

Kittens just want to have fun!
It looks as though Mum has decided to go outside and have a break for a while from her playful kittens. This lovable and lively gang of four are just about ready to meet prospective adopters - they are already litter trained and wolfing down their kitten food (it'll be a week or two before they can actually leave mum though) but we're happy to reserve the one you choose.
We have quite a few more kits and cats wanting new homes right now - so if you're ready to be trained up as a slave by a nine week old bundle of fun - please check out our adoption pages now.

Take a look at our new canine companions just listed in the Dog Adoptions photo gallery. These personality plus characters are all ready to meet up and might even consider adopting you. The doggy super-stars we'll show you are all sociable types and would love to have a chat with you. Can you talk 'dog talk'? Don't worry they understand humans pretty well. Our 'Soulmates' dogs are not too demanding but they do like regular walks, appetising meals, a bit of grooming, not to be left on their own too long and lots of companionship and attention. Duvets, sofas, car trips, football, seaside, swimming and shampoo and sets are optional.

If you can help with the care of any of our dogs please make us a donation now. We have mega vet bills at the moment and ongoing care for the elderly, injured and emaciated dogs that are brought in by the dog wardens and as strays from the police . Many thanks for your help. |

Sparky is a permanent sanctuary resident and as he is the most sociable character you could ever envisage, he's on the staff as our 'Greeter'. Here he is getting in on the act at our recent Yard Sale - what a smasher!
Other Fabulous Felines who might consider adopting you!
We have lots of cats in the sanctuary who are unsuitable for adoption. Either they're elderly and settled in their ways with us or others are just a bit too 'quirky' to move on. Life has to be on their terms. We don't mind that here. Some of them look really sweet, but appearances can be deceptive. Pick me up? No way! You don't really want to get scratched do you???
But we do have cats looking for people to love so if you are people who love cats, please give us a call and come and see some of our fabulous felines.
