Our baby Belgian Hares are now eating well and ready to go to their new homes. Although they are called 'hares' they actually are rabbits and make lovely pets.

Please choose me!
We have lots of new dogs in - mostly brought to us as strays. They've settled well and we've assessed their personalities - all they need now are kind people who will give them a fresh start .... |

| We have several rabbits available for rehoming at present.
Benji is a lovely tame male rabbit who likes people.
Has he been somebody's pet?
We don't know anything about his history because he was dumped here.
Although we are short of 'rabbit' room - we took him in.
He's a big chap and needs plenty of space...

Most of the animals in the sanctuary are here for the rest of their lives. If you'd like to 'adopt' one of our residents you don't have to take him or her home (the goats would soon finish the garden off!) - instead you'll find all about your new animal friend, be able to keep in touch and help with his or her upkeep.

Have you ever kept goats? These delightful creatures are very sociable with humans and excellent companions. We had two goats brought in to us recently and, as they are not members of our existing herd, we think it best to find them a home where they can have all of the attention.

Kittens just want to have fun!
It looks as though Mum has decided to go outside and have a break for a while from her playful kittens. This lovable and lively gang of four were among last year's Spring brood and all have found super homes.
We have a lot more personality plus felines wanting new homes right now - so if you're ready to be trained up as a slave - please bookmark this page - we'll be putting lots of interesting character cats in our Soulmates gallery in the very near future. Mikado, Calico, Tortie, Paddy, Alfie, Mr. Big, Topsy....... all lovely colours and charming temperaments. |

| Isn't Autumn the wrong time of year for kittens? Normally, yes but last year we had so many late arrivals, it seemed as though kittening would go on all year round.
These little beauties were born to a cat who was left at the gate in a box. At least she was actually brought in to us, sometimes cats are left by the side of the road or put out with the rubbish. Three pure white and one a tiger striped tabby! These lucky little babies all found homes ..... but....... we've had two strays brought in recently who have fat, bulging tummies. There's no sign of them having lived the good life so it must be ..... kittens. Watch this space!

| Has your dog run off? Disappeared from the garden? Gone walkabout and not come back? All the dogs brought in to us have a history - they are someone's pet, reared from a puppy and used to sitting by someone's fireside. So why are they here? If you've lost a dog please check with us even if you live out of our area - dogs are often picked up and then dumped in another area. Dogs brought in to us recently and so far not claimed include ................
